
Enrollment Process In-Campus (New Student)
Step 1 - Accounting
Assessment of Tuition Fees and Other Discounts at the Administration Building
Step 2 - Principal
Once the assessment of tuition fee is completed the Student/Parent may now proceed to Principal’s office in the Main Building for the Interview of the student.
Step 3 - Registrar
After the interview the student/parent can proceed to the Registrar’s Office at the Administration Building for the checking of requirements and registration in the designated computer.
Step 4 - Uniforms
Fitting of Uniforms (School & PE) and Strand Shirt for SHS (Preschool 3) at the Administration Building assisted by the SPS Aides
Step 5 - Cashier
After the Student/Parent completes fitting his/her uniform in (Preschool 3) the Student/Parent can now proceed to the Cashier at the Administration Building for the Payments of Tuition, Misc., Other Fees, Uniforms, Books, and PTA.
Issuance of an Official Receipt and Admission Slip.
Step 6 - PMSO
Claiming of Uniforms and Books in the Administration Building
Step 7 - Service Provider
A picture taking for the school ID will be scheduled after the class opening through our RFID provider.
Requirements
(New Students and Transferees)
- Original Report Card (SF9) of the last school attended with LRN (Learner’s Reference Number)
- Clear Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Original Copy of Certificate of Good Moral Character
- ESC / Voucher Certificate (Certification from former school – if the school is PEAC Accredited)
(For Incoming Grade 1)
- Original Copy of Kinder Report Card with LRN
- Photocopy of Kinder Diploma or Certificate of Promotion to Grade 1
- Result of Early Childhood Care & Development (ECCD) from the previous school (if available)
(For Incoming Kinder)
- Pre-Kinder Report Card or Certificate (if available)
